Sandy Geldhof

After being raised in the Detroit area and graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Detroit, Sandy worked in advertising/marketing and Public Relations for 15 years and found herself in Utah while working on General Motors’ Winter Olympic Marketing and Sponsorship commitment. Falling in love with Utah, she couldn’t go back to big city life and committed to calling Park City her home. 

Sandy took her vast marketing background to our local streets and served as Marketing Director for the Kimball Art Center and then for four years as executive director of Park City’s Historic Main Street Business Alliance. She received her realtor license in 2009 and found passion immediately in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. In 2009 she received Keller Williams’ coveted Rookie of the Year Award, beating out 13,000 other agents throughout North America for her successes her first year out of the gate in the business. Since then, she jumped around to other brokerages, earning several accreditations, including Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert, and landed at Bald Eagle Realty, joining the Park City Dream Team, and helping to further expand their impressive client services and marketing strategies. In 2023, the Dream Team joined Christie’s International Real Estate in Park City and their collective success continues to soar!

When she’s not working for her clients, Sandy shows her tireless passion for animals through regularly fostering and rescuing for several local animal rescue groups, works freelance as a ghost writer on business-to-business initiatives, and on a free day you’ll find her hiking one of Summit County’s gorgeous mountain trails with her dogs or taking her 19-year-old son on scuba diving trips around the world.
