Someone once asked me what the best piece of real estate advice was that I had ever received. “Take the money out of the situation, then what would you do?” I was offered that advice in my first years of real estate by a colleague with many decades in the business, and it has never steered me wrong. It is always about what is doing what is right for the client, not a paycheck. Everything else just flows from there.

I have been licensed since 1999, broker since 2004.
I spent several years after high school and during college living and working in Alaska and then using the money to travel the world.
I truly believe Park City is the best city in the world to live. Close to Salt Lake City and the airport; it has all of the wonders of a quaint ski town yet is thriving with world-class sophistication, diversity and culture.

I am truly my happiest when I am able to share my passion for this great place we call home! I have lived in many places and my community in and around Park City continues to inspire me. I feel so fortunate to be able to help newcomers find their dream homes and carve out their own version of paradise in this great mountain community we have in Park City.

I’ve been licensed as a realtor for 23 years and as a principal broker/associate broker for 17 years.
I was born in Munich and speak fluent German.
I was born with skis on my feet, so these special mountains drew me in first and foremost, it’s the eclectic and kind mix of people that have kept me here, and the active lifestyle keeps life fresh!

Raised in the Detroit area and graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Detroit, Sandy worked in advertising & marketing and Public Relations for 15 years and found herself in Utah while working on General Motors’ Winter Olympic Marketing and Sponsorship commitment. Falling in love with Utah, she couldn’t go back to big city life and committed to calling Park City her home.

I have been a dedicated Realtor and Property Manager in Park City for 14 years.
I learned to play the accordion in 3rd grade, and was chosen to run with the Olympic Torch at the onset of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, hosted in Utah!
Park City is, bar none, the BEST community in the country to raise a family!
